Urban_Redneck - Theres a lot of states that have archery laws that most definitely consider crossbows legal archery equipment. To me, a compound isn't archery.

Much like you looking down your nose at compound shooters, I bristle a bit with "Old Schoolism" (new word
) at 80% let-offs, mechanical releases, and red dot scopes on hunting bows.
I know my response is based only on ego and my feeling that the (skill based) exclusiveness of the sport is forever slipping away.
