You don't say what state you are from but using radio communications to locate and guide people to deer is illegal in PA and some other states as well. It is unlawful to use electronic devices to hunt wildlife in PA.
Yet it happens ALL the time.
I've been guilty without even thinking of it in the past.
"Hey, little six point headed your way" via text. Then thought about it later- guilty.
No I didn't call it out over the radio. But cannot send that text either.
