Primarily an outstanding quail hunting property with bobwhite quail and blue quail populating this 8580 sagebrush acres that is located just 8 miles south of Kansas border in the Oklahoma Panhandle. All of the property is contiguous and has ranch roads going throughout the property. Property is very remote with no access except through the landowners property. Landowner has quail feeders set up throughout the property and keeps them full year round. This property has no timber cover but still has whitetails, mule deer, and pronghorn antelope.
