My first thought would be to make sure you a snapping the action closed. this insures that you are going into battery.
have you cleaned the BP lately by hand drilling the flash channel out.?

I should have asked, after a misfire if you pull the primer out does it have a firing pin dimple in the primer?

One additional question are you shooting BH=209?
