As noted above, a lot of his recommendations seem to favor expensive ammo or calibers that aren't necessarily the best for the game mentioned. Kind of like the gun mags and writers who tell you that you can't properly kill a buck, antelope, etc. without their latest $2,000+ rifle, caliber, etc. While on their guided hunt.... Not trying to knock hunting guides as we have a few good ones on this site that I would gladly hunt with. Simply adding to the point that some of you have made about the difference between personal experience and just repeating stuff others have wrote or from advertising copy.
