Or you can use a "spit" patch, followed by two dry ones after every shot. That's what I do at the range, it keeps the bore and chamber clean, plus cleanup is effortless after your done for the day.
I like to swab after each shot this way. It provides the same bore conditions as you would have in a hunting situation. Unless your a bad shot....
