I have 3 pre owned bird launchers. I bought them from a lady whose father owned them prior to his death. He never used them and they were new still in the box. The issue I am having is the launchers are not launching the pigeons but a few feet in the air. I called DT Systems hoping to get some help on getting this corrected, but the lady only offered for me to send the units in and have their team look at them, on my dime. I asked her if there was any way to adjust the springs and she said some people have done that before. Does anyone have any experience with this issue?
