Southern Tier NY Bear Hunting
For some reason this year I have this overwhelming desire to get my first black bear. I live in between Rochester and Buffalo NY. I have Allegheny State Park and many surrounding state/public spots to try that are within an hours drive. I've hunted everything NY has to offer for 16 years but never a Black Bear. Hoping this year is the year! If anyone has any pointers, tips, or decent locations for a first time Black Bear hunter I'm all ears. Thank you!
