I can offer a variety of different hunts. My family owns close to 7,000 acres in central Iowa; that I control all the hunting rights to. I've been managing the ground for the past 5 years now and I'm getting nicer deer every year now. I have three food plots planted on a couple different farms. I have about 10 stands hung each year, self climber, light weight stand and sticks, and a double bull blind that a person is free to use. I'll try my best to attach some trail camera pictures from the past few years.(It'll only let me load 5 per post so I'm only going to attach a couple but if interested I can definitely share more) If you'd be interested in pheasant I have roughly 200 acres of CRP, 80 of those acres have had hens released on it multiple times the past few years to help with the population, even though it was already loaded with birds. If you'd be interested in Turkey hunting I have 3 or 4 nice fields that produce nice Toms each year. The deer hunt I would be willing to swap for about anything big game or gators.
