There are rules to follow that I am sure most of us here follow, such as safety on until you are ready to shoot, do not put your finger on the trigger till you are ready to shoot, point your muzzle in a safe direction etc. However until the investigation is completed we won't know why someone died. It would not be the first time in PA that a murder was tried to be hidden as a hunting accident. That is why the law was changed to from not being a crime unless you shot a human being in mistake for game to shooting someone as a result of careless or negligence is a crime. As it stands now we do not know if the shooting was intentional or unintentional. I Had a good friend I went to school with that killed his son when he stepped into a groundhog hole and shot his son who was in front of him and killed him, it was a case of safety off for some reason and muzzle not under control. These kinds of publicity do none of us any good.
