maybe just buy some factory loaded reduced recoil loads?(might take soem waiting and searching due to current issues with ammo supply)
there were several company's making them, from REM, Federal, and others(some I think stopped however, due to they didn;t sell very well!)

so if they make them, there should be some load DATA on things, if you look hard enough I would think!
or again just BUY some factory ammo!
