Griddle?
Been thinking about getting a propane griddle since my grill needs replacing. I like the concept of being able to cook many more items on it, but it does sound like more maintenance seasoning the griddle and keeping it in good condition. Anyone here own one? Was looking at the Camp Chef and Blackstone brands. The Camp Chef can remove the griddle and has a regular grill under it.
Any thoughts appreciated. Thanks, Rob
