I went on a mule deer/antelope hunt in MT one year and the outfitter said there were a lot of ducks in the "pot hole" ponds on the ranch so we went a couple days early and had a blast jump shooting them. Then that night the cook took the breasts and cubed them up and sauteed them in butter and onions. Man they were good eating sitting around the camp fire at night.
