I was just maybe thinking Bobby hart due to he is I gather not too far from you in PA and I know he has been playing and building and selling modified 700 muzzleloaders a long time now
so he came to mind first for me on this model
so again he might be worth asking on too, Bobby Hart is normally a pretty fair guy to talk to,
I have known him, his Dad and grand dad, they were all good folks IMO
had them build me a few guns over the yrs as well! been very happy with all of mine too!
