Yes that's a good point, but I just don't want to have to lug around anymore stuff than I absolutely have to. I ended up buying the fish and game sealer for $100. It has battery clips and wall plug so real easy to run either way. It has a scale too which is nice. Other than that the weston one appears to just be a more commercialized setup for doing large volumes. I'll have to follow up on how it works out.
