Bout thirty minutes on the phone with browning (mostly on hold) and they emailed me a paid for shipping label. I did have to spend $10 to get a suitable box and packing material.

Dropped it off tonight. Hoping to have it back by Thanksgiving for PA hunting.

Customer service was excellent so far. Hoping that can fix the issue.
