then yes i would send gun back, sounds like a chamber spec is off(that is if a new gun), if a used gun, it could be from wear/damages from previous owner

a GOOD gun smith can also check things out for you too, but if a new gun, it could void a warranty if someone else works on it, that isn't a certified Browning smith!
