Also some of the other guys at our lease swear by leaving decoys out all the time. Personally I don't see this helping out much. one last thing is nearby foodsources. find out what is close to you.

Anyone that leaves their decoys out all the time doesn't know what they are doing. That is laziness not a tactic for duck hunting. Real ducks are not in the exact same spot or in the same part of the water for days or weeks at a time.
