The northern part of the state is raffle you can apply if not drawn my partner lives in ventral Minnesota where it’s over the counter either way you’ll get a bear ge shot a 300lber last year and gets one every year had 13 bears on one bait alone. We have guys from Florida here now about to get a couple. Bears hit bait every day during shooting hours. Will put you up in nice pull behind camper if you’re drawn for the northern hunt I’ll put you on a river to catch fish while not hunting and I’ll put a bait on other side so no matter if your at camp or in stand you can shoot a bear.
