The reverse limb Vapor package runs about $3,000 and comes with about $900 of accessories if you count the scope. It comes with a dozen arrows, hard case, etc. The Vapor shoots a 400 grain arrow approximately 460 fps. I am sure it is a very nice bow but I do not think I need that much power and that seems like a big stack of cash for a crossbow
The one that caught my eye was the Viper package. It is "only" $1,500. It comes with a scope and a few arrows. The Viper has regular limbs and shoots a 400 grain arrow approximately 400 fps..
Both of these bows have the new trigger and the cocking/decocking device.
I do not know much about crossbows (the same as almost all other subjects). I know they have become very popular lately and are now legal in many (not all) states. As I am getting a bit "long in the tooth" I can see that some day in the (near?) future a crossbow will be a good alternative to my Hoyt.
