That is exactly the sort of input I am not trying to solicit.
In my state .223 is perfectly legal to hunt with, and I have used that caliber successfully many times in the past.
I am -ONLY- interested in actual first hand experience using the bullet in question, as I indicated in my first post. I am totally uninterested in the typical "Too small for xyz game" or "I prefer xyz caliber" debates.
