Default RE: An inch of draw length will get you...???

I've been thinking of trying a 28" and hopefully a 28&1/2" with the string loop, and a 29" directly off the string. I would like the extra KE, and that is where I'm mainly headed with this. I know I have habits now from shooting a shorter draw length, so I'm leaning on the side of a 28" draw length with a string loop, and touch up my poundage a little.

I found with the Winn Archery wrist/hand strap, I can draw back higher poundage a lot easier. I'm not looking at becoming a speed freak, but I would like to have the best tool for the job, and be able to handle it, when I come to full draw on a grizzly or moose again.
