Looking for a deer processor between Brown County and Louisville
Hi all,
Sorry if this is in the wrong section ("processing" looked to be mostly recipes).
I'm hunting Indiana for the first time and need an in-state deer processor. Looking at Whitetail Deer Processing and Taxidermy in Nashville, but they haven't answered the phone yet...
Anyone have experience with someone in this corridor? Looking for deboned, vacuum sealed, no sliver skin, etc. Bonus if they hang the deer in the freezer for a few days to age it.
Any tips much appreciated!
