For the sleeping bag, check out ( outdoorvitals.com )I purchased a 15 deg. down bag that was refurbished for around $55.00. Highest quality bag I've ever used and extremely cheap. They have a few different options but I would definitely recommend buying a refurbished one if you are trying to save a buck.
