I use a 100 grain spitfire , I have take over 50 deer and several bear with them and the reason I use them is they are the most accurate which is my first requirement for a broad head and with a proper hit they drop deer at 50 to 70 yards on an average. The placement I use is just over the heart where all the major arteries are.
