This bill does not include the use of all rifle calibers.. Needs to be .30 or larger, any bottleneck cartridge cannot exceed 1.4”. Any straight wall case is allowed.
I believe Indiana just passed a law similar to this not too long ago. Illinois tried to pass a similar bill a few years back.
