Trying to promote rifle deer hunting in IL is a complete waste of time and efforts. Between fully rifled shotgun barrels and muzzleloaders, there is no reason to add rifles to the mix.

I wish they would lump all gun hunting days together. Get the "crazies" in and out, over and done with.
