just a side note, 454 cassul factory ballistics show a 240 grain bullet at 1900 fps
this is considered a kick butt revolver, cartridge

your hand-loaded 235 grain cast gas check, bullets in a .375 caliber, fired from a rifle, should exceed 1900 fps,
should rather easily out penetrate a 454 cassul
shoot considerably flatter and obviously produce less recoil and muzzle flash
and from what Ive seen its a noticeably more effective carbine than the 30/30,
which most people acknowledge as a decent deer and hog carbine choice
