your not going to have any issues killing deer or hogs with a 375 win with any of the ammo listed,

given a choice Id have gone the 235 grain at 2200 fps in factory ammo
speer makes a good bullet for that cartridge

as Im sure your aware, the 375 win is a vastly under appreciated and rather effective cartridge , if used at moderate ranges.
RL7 , H335 and imr 4198 are the preferred propellant's from the results Ive seen.



most guys I know reload using the 375 win, rifles load the speer 235 grain and RL7 about 34 grains

a few guys use cast, gas check bullets in the 250 weight range
this nei mold is used by a friend that owns a single shot falling block in 375 win. and he gets great accuracy.

cast bullets work great, you can use a 235 -255 grain 375 win bullet to hunt damn near any medium game
and yes shot placement is critical as always
