Just the simplicity of not having to mess with tanks or a whole lotta pumping is attractive in itself. Add in his results out to 70+ yards and it gets very tempting. Now if Air arms ever makes a .25 model, I know I'm gonna get one. Might have to get another gunsafe for airguns if Ron keeps posting like this.
Good luck but spend some time readying yourself for using/toting/calling spring turkey. You have the time, I sighted in 4 air rifles in a month with crappy weather for friends and family. I am now wrapping my 357 PCP (dual use as an airbow) readying for spring turkey. Do not underestimate scouting and calling as a camera is going to follow me out to calling practice and practice still-hunting in and out with the .22 nitro springer for my small game hunting.
Is it me though or is preparation the best part of hunting? I know when I was a hungry young buck it was like work, now, my appetite is down and smelling or looking around is so much more enjoyable, well, with the proper bug repellent, Lyme disease is no joke.
