Kinda both. Its OTC but there are also draw hunts you can put in for. This was a 2 day draw hunt that the wife and I put in together on. The same area is closed for 2 weekends for a rifle and muzzleloader draw hunt but is open the rest of the season for archery. Only 5 tags were drawn for each of the draw hunts for this unit. Here you are allowed 6 total deer with only 2 antlered. You can either take all with archery or depending what part of the state you hunt you can take either 1 or 2 doe's and 1 buck during rifle and the same for muzzleloader.
