Default PA Deer Regulations

Hi everyone. I live in MD 2 miles from the PA line and lost my hunting land this summer. I was just offered a small piece of land to hunt literally a few hundred yards across the border into PA for this upcoming season. Im
looking at the seasons and limits and am a bit confused and was wondering if some PA folk can help me out.

The guide says one antlered deer per license season. Now is that one buck for archery/firearm combined or one buck per bow license and one buck per firearm? Basically if I get a bow buck in late September 2018 am I done with bucks until the 2019 season starts?

Also, the antlerless muzzleloader requires both a muzzleloader license and doe permit? Seems weird since the only muzzleloader season I can find is doe only anyway.

Just want to make sure of the rules. I can literally see MD from this property where you can take multiple
bucks and almost unlimited doe without the need for doe permits and a couple hundred yards away in PA it seems so much more strict and complicated as far as permits and limits. Thanks for any info you could provide!
