I've been looking for this for a while now. Found a few during my search but their asking price was too high. Finally found this through a member on another forum and we were able to work out a deal.

I wanted an Ohio legal Savage 99. Ohio requires straight walled cartridges only. So that really limited my options.

It's in nice, but used shape. I bought it to carry it and hunt it, so it's exactly what I was looking for.

I shot it at 100 yards leaning off the porch rail, and was happy with the results. Shooting Winchester super x 200 grain.... With handloads and a proper bench I think it'll be a good shooter.

Now I just gotta find some deer this fall.
