The ultimate muzzleloaders
What do you guys think ?? What would your choices be ?
For myself and knowing the supreme accuracy of the .451 1:18 twist rifles, I wouldn't mind at all owning one. They've won every major competition for the last few years, so for supreme accuracy, including long range efficiency, it would be one of my choices.
Although the Ultimate (RUM & BP Xpress) are heavier rifles that most likely don't lend themselves to long stalks, they are proven long range hunting rifles. With the advent of the new breech plug designs from Arrowhead for the Remington Ultimate and soon the Ultimate Firearms Inc. rifles, they are finally going to be able to do what they are designed for with a .50cal rifle.
