Last fall I planted Whitetail Institute Alfa-Rack and frost seeded clover a couple of weeks ago.

I just got my soil test back and i am not sure if I need to fertilize this plot

My soil PH is 6.5 No limestone required
phosphorus (P) 34 Optimum
Potassium (K) 92 below Optimum
Magnesium (Mg) 256 Above Optimum

Do I need to fertilize this plot
