Also on that peep, the ones that Numrich had did not clear the bolt handle on an Extreme based rifle. Whats the part number or did you modify it to clear?
The bolt is nitrate treated - a lot easier to clean when I am shooting stinky dirty cap ignition.

The Peep is the normal peep for a Knight and yes the bolt handle on the new Lehigh/Knight bolts does sometimes hit the sight when lifting. Really depends on the elevation rise you need to zero.

It really is an easy modification. This shows the material I removed to get the bolt to open without hitting the sight.





The choice of the height of the front sight makes a lot of difference in the amount of material you might need to remove. It does not effect the operation of the sight at all.
