I haven' t used the lock ' n' load from Hornady but have used the Dillon for years and have never been let down. The customer service is something to keep in mind also. I have never dealt with hornady' s customer service but it is probably good too. Every time I have had need to call Dillon with even the smallest of problems they dealt with the problem right on the spot. You get to talk to people instead of machines too.[:-]
