Omega Z5 vs. Omega

According to T/C Gunsmith's:
Sights, some machine finishing and lower cost assembly hardware are the only differences. The pivot block mechanism is press-pinned from what I understand where the standard Omega is allen-screw pinned allowing for dissassembly.
T/C issued the Z5 Omega to effectivelybreak belowthe $300 retail mark and is the version that is also sold in Walmart's.
Shootability-wise, the Z5 is identical to the regular Omega.
