Hi, depends on the airline and I try to fly Southwest when possible as they offer 2 bags free up to 50lbs. As long as you debone it and freeze it ahead of time, you can probably get it into 2 big coolers to fly home. Or leave it with a local butcher to process and then 2 day ship it to you.
