big difference between lawsuit and notice/recall


I have Remington guns and love them, but, the issue was a "defective" trigger" that would fire when the butt of the gun was bumped, the lawsuit revolves around some sort of internal memo from Remington that acknowledged the safety aspect, but chose to do nothing about it due to recall costing to much.


I had one of the guns in the "grouping" that was an issue. I never had any issue with it.
