We offer both the camera and the data plan, we've negotiated costs with cell carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) to offer the various plans on the site, from a free plan to max photos/storage plan (3,000 images/month).
If you want to use an existing camera/plan, you can use it with our app as long as the camera can send its images via email.
