And use 3 points of contact when going up or down. Don't carry anything in your hand. Use a climbing belt or life line when going up and down. Connect your harness to your tree strap BEFORE you remove your climbing belt. Pull all your gear up to you with a rope. And PLEASE unload your weapon first.
