Well , its now the day after thanksgiving , the day that most hunters here in PA head for the deer camp if they r going to one , or begin to prepare for the upcoming hunt. With my hockey team playing in a thanksgiving tourny in cranberry, i wont get to leave for camp until saturday night at the earliest. As most of the guys on here have said , the weather has changed, they r now calling for 3 or so inches tonight , with 1-2 tommorow , and snow showers sunday and monday. So is everyone ready ? i know that i will get the final clothes washed tonight , and make sure everything has fresh batteries , and that i have EVERYTHING. Cant risk forgettin any link of the chain for first day. I will be in Mckean with a full camp for the first few days, lookin forward to dropping a doe monday morning , or a nice buck. I cant wait for the thrill of hearing the WAR OF THE WOODS. Just excited i guess , but who wouldnt be with the calls for fresh snow, good friends , and deer season.
