I have seen an advertisement on Facebook of a French Company who offers a paper cartridge kit for .44 and .36 cal black powder (CW) pistols. The kit includes papers, powder, projectiles, and accessories for constructing the cartriges. Also on Facebook I have seen several vidieos showing just how to construct such cartridges in quanity. My question is: Does anyone have any information regarding any similar American kits, or materials for such a project?
