set up a wifi network if possible and install camera's. have trail cams hidden at any entrance to catch people trespassing. make friends with someone that lives close by and pay them or let them hunt in exchange for keeping an eye on the place.
I think calling the cops is the thing to do, if you have live footage. Instead of endangering someone.
Plus folks that live near camps, usually have somewhere to hunt, and I have it to hunt.
