Ron those are the same inserts that the Pedersoli globe sight came with . I currently have the fine cross hair insert in for more precise target shooting but will likely switch to the heavier cross hair or blade for hunting. I was having a bit of trouble with the bead front sight. Not sure if it was the lighting or what. I think I may have to start shooting with my glasses on!
With those inserts held in place by pressure from the knurled screw I added just a tiny drop of Loctite on the threads to hold it in place. I wouldn't want it to come loose and have the insert drop out during a hunt.
