I've got one...hunt pretty much exclusively in Florida; I carry a few Preston Pittman diaphragm calls, a wingbone I made from a jake, a natural slate and an aluminum pot.

At 7:00 am when the dew point matches the temperature, the slate always has some wet patches. The aluminum won't be effected by this (I have a carbon striker that works in all conditions, but I also use a purpleheart and another hardwood woodhaven striker on the aluminum and they sound (different) but great and don't seem effected by moisture either).

I have a piece of scotchbrite or facsimile thereof tethered to the call at all times. Condition the call often and in the same way I use 200grit sandpaper on the slate
