Ok, so you are telling me the book has these answers on the basic things you should or should not do.
I understand this but What I am trying to ask is if any of you brached out and created your own recipes and if so how did you come up with it? did you just add spices at will till you had somthing that you felt was good or was it handed down over the years or what?
Just trying to get a Idea where others come up with their recipes.
I will see about getting the book. I have my grandfathers old meat grinder also. Will this help or better to get a modern model?
