I have been deer hunting the Adirondacks since 1967 and do believe this is the worst season I have seen. No deer and no sign to speak of. I think Rodsmith hit the nail on the head; too many coyotes, bears and too much snow. I did speak with the Encon biologist and he believes this season will break a record for bear taken in the Adirondacks.
