Well, for anyone else looking, since the OP decided to be AWOL after posting, I looked
long and hard for a less expensive Xbow last winter. Reviews were all over the place on
most, but one kept coming up with practically all good reviews, so I got one, the Center
Point Sniper. An injury wouldn't allow me to actually shoot it until September. Those
warnings people give about using different bulls-eyes on the target instead of just one?
Believe it! I destroyed an expensive arrow on my second outing. I REALLY hope to be
hunting with it next year. It's a pleasure to shoot as well as accurate as I will ever need.
